RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We will work with you to help solve any issues you may experience concerning your order. However, please note the following:

Certain digital programs have refund limitations and may not be eligible for a refund after 30 days. Refunds will not be processed for any items returned without a return authorization or items returned to an incorrect address. Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer requesting the refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded on any items unless specified by customer support. Items that qualify for a return MUST be unopened and the safety seal unaltered to be accepted.
