It can take up to 36 hours after you receive your delivery notification for your order to arrive. If your item doesn't arrive by the 36-hour mark, please reach out to the courier for a status on your order.
If the carrier is unable to help, please file a lost/stolen package claim and forward the information along with the order number to email@example.com. Please indicate whether you are requesting a refund or if you want us to send out another package. You may want to resend your mailing address as well so that we can ensure we are sending the products to the correct address.
