No. This detox focuses on eliminating foods that are toxic to the body and replacing them with hormone-balancing, metabolism-boosting foods. During the 15 day Pre-Cleanse, you will eat 2 healthy meals and drink 1 shake per day. During the 6-day Main Detox, you will eat 1 healthy meal and drink 2 shakes per day. During the 9-day Re-Entry, you will eat 1-2 healthy meals and drink 1-2 shakes per day (depending on your preference and weight loss goals).
For maximum weight loss benefits, we recommend keeping additional snacks to a minimum. However, this detox is NOT about starving yourself! If your energy is low between meals/shakes, then we recommend eating a small snack from your list of approved foods.
